• consistency of natural product: because our products do not contain stabilizers, agitation during transit may cause the product to settle some | rest assured, this effect is only visual | follow products instructions where provided

• item availability: we sells on multiple platforms & in person & make every effort to promptly update all platforms with the actual inventory of each item | should you purchase an item that has sold out due to purchases made on other platforms or in person, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment
